Welcome to Nové Miškovice - a modern residential district that combines the peace of family living with excellent transport accessibility to Prague.
On the northeastern edge of the metropolis, a place with a clear vision is emerging: a home where contemporary architecture, greenery, public space, and services needed for everyday life come together. The project is growing in multiple phases that together will create a harmonious district with its own character and natural connections to the surrounding part of Prague.
Phase 1A offers 20 single-family homes and 15 apartments.

Nové Miškovice will transform a former brownfield between Polabská and Krčmářovská streets into a newly emerging part of Miškovice with a new square, local shops, and a stop for an electrified bus.
The project will offer family houses with spacious 4+kk and 5+kk layouts, a private garage and a garden, as well as an apartment building with units ranging from cozy 1+kk to generous 4+kk - featuring balconies, parking, and storage units in the 1st underground floor.
Each unit is designed with an emphasis on light, functionality, and a high-quality standard in a peaceful environment with excellent transport accessibility to Prague.

DEMOLITION HAS BEEN COMPLETED, CONSTRUCTION OF NOVÉ MIŠKOVICE BEGINS
The demolition of the original buildings in the Nové Miškovice project has been completed and the site is moving into the next phase. Following the preparatory works, construction of the new residential neighbourhood is now beginning, bringing modern living to a quiet part of Prague with good access to the city centre.

The Nové Miškovice project was part of the LEXXUS NORTON presentation at the Forbes Women’s Summit. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the project directly at our stand, where it was introduced as an example of modern family living in a quiet part of Prague.

75% OF THE FAMILY HOUSES IN THE FIRST PHASE HAVE BEEN SOLD
The first phase of family houses at Nové Miškovice has attracted strong interest from clients. 75% of the houses have already been sold, and sales of the next phase of the project are now being launched.
